How To Support the Sisters
1. Write a positive, respectful letter to the Church leaders listed below. Ask for the courtesy of a reply.
2. Share your experience of women religious, especially how your life has been influenced for the good by their ministry.
3. Express your sense of confusion as to why church officials would expend time and effort on such an investigation in the face of so many serious challenges in the church.
(If you can only write one letter, write to the Apostolic Nuncio, Pietro Sambi. He is responsible for being the Pope’s eyes and ears in the US Church. Many individual letters have an impact, so get your family and friends to write too)
4. Consider circulating a petition in your parish similar to the one circulated by the "Women of Magdala" in their California parish. For a template and bulletin announcements, click here
